Job Overview:
We are seeking a personable, knowledgeable, and professional Tour Guide and Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a clean driving record, hold a valid Heavy Truck Driving License, and be passionate about Bermuda’s rich culture and history. You will be responsible for operating our minibuses and vans, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, while sharing engaging stories about Bermuda. Prior knowledge of the island’s history is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including minibuses and vans, for scheduled tours and transport services.

• Provide an informative and entertaining guided tour, sharing knowledge about Bermuda’s landmarks, history, and culture.

• Ensure excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

• Assist with maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing basic vehicle checks to ensure safety standards.

• Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
  

  
  

Requirements:

• Must be Bermudian or have a strong connection to Bermuda.

• Valid Heavy Truck Driving License required.

• Clean driving record.

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with public speaking.

• Knowledge of Bermuda’s history, or willingness to learn.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.

• Strong customer service skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a tour guide or driver in the tourism industry.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
